Media Wing.    The Media Wing of the Embassy of Pakistan, Kathmandu is established with an aim to promote the Pakistan government’s interests and strengthen Pakistan’s reputation and relationship with Nepal. It implements media strategies to support Embassy’s activities and Pakistan Government policies and initiatives. This wing organizes public affairs activities and manages media strategies & social media. It supports and further develops the special relationship between the Pakistan and the Nepal, supporting work at the forefront of international diplomacy in order to make a real difference globally. The office is responsible is organize media coverage to national events and publishing press release on behalf of the mission. The media wing with collaboration of other wings of the Embassy, organizes seminars and talk programs on different topics / themes aiming to enhance people to people contact and bilateral relations. This Wing establish & maintain relationship with mass media & journalists, organize journalists’ tours, manage media inquiries & briefings, issue news of activities & press releases for Nepali audience, coordinates media interviews & conferences, monitor the media including key developments concerning Pakistan and major policy announcements.

Cultural Wing.      Pakistan and Nepal signed the Cultural Agreement in May 1970 which aims at promoting cultural relations, establishing inter-universities relations, and cooperation between Radio and Television. Nepal-Pakistan Friendship and Cultural Association is in operation in Kathmandu. A Nepal Friendship Group also exists in Islamabad. The Cultural Wing is responsible for promoting cultural ties between the Pakistan and Nepal in order to foster a better understanding of the Pakistani society and culture among friendly people of Nepal. This Wings takes lead in planning, managing and showcasing events that highlight the richness & diversity of Pakistani arts and culture which is achieved through a wide range of programs that include exchanges, cultural & music performances, visits, literature and projection of Pakistani art & cuisine, among others.
