𝐍𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐥-𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐍𝐏𝐘𝐂) 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
On 𝟐𝟏 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, the “𝐍𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐥-𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐍𝐏𝐘𝐂) 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧” was held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Kathmandu.
This landmark event laid the foundation of NPYC and was attended by Nepali youth leaders from diverse professional fields.
In an engaging discussion with 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐀𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫 𝐇. 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐢, 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐥, bright ideas were exchanged to make the Council a robust and effective platform to bridge the youth of Nepal and Pakistan.
Under the leadership of Mr. 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐋𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥, 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝/𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐏𝐘𝐂, the Council envisions becoming a space where young minds from both nations can converge, share ideas, and collaborate on initiatives that promote mutual respect, education, and innovation.

PTAP Scholarships 2025-26
Government of Pakistan has invited applications from Nepalese students for admission in various Pakistani universities/colleges in MBBS, BDS, B.Sc. Engineering & D. Pharmacy under Pakistan Technical Assistance Programme (PTAP) for the session 2025-26.
Criteria for students is as follows:
1. MBBS & BDS : At least 65% marks in +2 with subjects Chemistry and Biology
2. B.Sc. Engineering : At least 60% marks in +2 with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
3. D. Pharmacy : At least 60% marks in +2 with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
The interested students may download the application form from the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ website www.ead.gov.pk to apply for the admissions.
